Coming Soon!



Hong kong fried rice with BBQ pork, shrimp and spring onion
Cantonese style sweet and sour pork with peppers and pineapple
Cantonese style crispy fish with pickle vegetables in sweet and sour sauce
Singaporean stir fry rice noodles
Crispy chicken with lemon sauce

I plan to make one Chinese dish every week and blog the recipe and result!

And I might just learn some basic cooking skills in the meantime...

Yes, this will be a challenge.

B normally does all the cooking. Like, all of it.

Special note to readers out of Hong Kong:
Chinese food is NOT greasy and is totally, hugely and extremely delish!
