Our apartment building has a communal backyard, but our last place was on the 28th floor with no balcony or outdoor space, but we did have a dog park just down the road which we used... basically we hired a dog nanny to walk them every day either way so they get their exercise! But if they can be walked it's very easy to keep a dog in HK... you should get one! :) xx
