Stories and light.

This week I'm playing Point and Shoot.

I've never really done anything special for Earth Hour.

But this weekend for Earth Hour, my mum, step-dad and I went to my aunt's house and decorated her back patio with candles.

We lit a fire and ordered pizza. We sipped on wine and we turned the music off.

We told stories... us, my aunt, her husband and my two little cousins.

We began with a theme: stories from childhood, which soon became stories of silly things we'd done and embarrassing situations. I laughed so hard I nearly cried and

Earth Hour turned into many hours across the whole evening.

Is this how get-togethers would have unfolded in the pre-electricity days? Just good company, talking and candlelight?

What a special evening.
